Amy was born and raised in Maryland and spent five years in England as a teenager. She attended James Madison University, where she played soccer and became involved with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. That led to a desire to do ministry. She received a Master's degree in Christian Education from Wesley Theological Seminary and worked as a Director of Children and Youth Ministries at her home church in Maryland before moving to Florida. She has three grown children, Shannon (married in PA), Ty and Sara. She and her immediate family moved to Florida in 2005 to be close to her parents and siblings. Amy started working for Covenant Life in 2005.

Nancy was born in the Bronx and had many interesting jobs in New York. She worked for a fashion magazine and The Tennis Club in Grand Central Terminal, owned by Donald Trump. She moved to Florida in 2001 and worked for a magazine owned by "American Media, Inc." Boca Raton, FL. She was transferred to Miami to be the Photo Editor for their new magazine MIRA!. She has two Children, Tyler and Serah. Here at Covenant Life, she works on bulletins, keeps church attendance, sends out welcome letters to our new guests and assists everyone who needs her help. This is in addition to her being the receptionist.

Elaine is the Director of the Little Explorers Pre School.
