At Covenant Life, we want everyone who walks through the door to be greeted, welcomed, and connected to others. It takes a commitment from every member to make that happen, but our welcome team members help with some specific tasks. Besides greeting and welcoming everyone, they are trained to know as much as possible about the church so that they can answer questions about all the various ministries and events. They also answer simple questions like, “Where is the nursery,” or “Where are the bathrooms?” They staff a “welcome desk," and they help people connect with ministry leaders who can direct them further. This is a vital service to connect people and to show Christ’s love. The welcome team is always looking for friendly volunteers. Contact the church if you are interested in volunteering.
