Connections Classes for New Members
If you are interested in becoming a member of Covenant Life, we provide a class designed with three purposes in mind. First, it’s important that you understand what we believe and stand for as a church as you make a decision about joining. The class is a great place to ask all your questions. Second, we want to help you find ways to connect with other people, with resources, or with ideas on how you can serve by sharing your talents. Finally, we want to be sure that you have a broad understanding of the many ministries available in the church, so that you can take advantage of them or bring others who may need them. If you are considering becoming a member, the Connections Class is the place to start. Contact the church office at 941.926.4777.
Covenant Cafe
Covenant Cafe is a free luncheon or "bagel breakfast" held from time to time at church to give those who are fairly new a chance to meet people, ask questions, find out about various ministries, get to know our pastoral staff, and enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal. Covenant Café luncheons are held several times a year.
For members, hosting the Covenant Café is a wonderful way for a family, a group of friends, or a home fellowship group to welcome the newest members of the Covenant Life community. Contact the church office at 941.926.4777 if you are interested in attending the next event or in hosting our cafe.
