Freed
to Serve - Galatians
David
Enslow
Have
you ever known people to be confused by false teachers? The
church in Galatia, experiencing this situation, received a
letter from the Apostle Paul.
The
letter to the Galatians is a ringing declaration of spiritual
liberty. Christians are free from seeking righteousness in
rules or religious practices. We are free from having to do
as our sinful nature dictates. Living by the Spirit with faith
in Christ, we are free to serve and be served in love.
Join
us as we interactively examine this letter and it modern day
implications.
Christian
vs Islamic theology
Gordon
Shaw
A
Christian and Islamic theology
will be a four week look at some of the history and doctrine
of the Islamic world view. We will use segments from two media
sources: Timothy George's Christianity
and Islam along with Coral Ridge's
Islam: Religion of Peace? . This class will then
involve lecture/discussion sessions from those segments so
that we might better understand the irreconcilable differences
between Christianity and Islam.
Love,
Sex & Lasting Relationships
Tom
Schneider (Chip Ingram Video)
The
pursuit of “true love” is everywhere you look! It's romanticized
on TV and in the movies we watch. There are books about it,
songs about it, internet dating, and even seminars on it …
all of which are designed to help you find that special someone
to love. So why is “true love” so elusive?
Could
it be that the picture of love we see in today's culture is
nothing more than an illusion? If so, what does real love
look like? In this ten part series by Chip Ingram, you'll
discover that there is a better way to find love, stay in
love, and grow in intimacy for a lifetime. Whether single,
single again, or wanting more from your marriage, join us
as we discuss the biblical journey toward a lasting, loving
relationship.
